I photographed this Seattle fall family photography session at Kelsey Creek Park at the beginning of fall, and man do I love how these came out! Summer will always be the best time to shoot in my opinion, but fall is definitely a close second. Give me all the fall leaves, please! I did this cutie’s newborn photos just under a year ago, and I am so glad I was able to see her and her family again. It’s so much fun being able to see how they’ve grown up, what their little personalities are like, and what kind of relationship they have with their parents. I had a baby just a few months before Lily was born so we chatted a bit about the milestones they’ve started to reach. Lily isn’t quite walking yet, but with her big personality I’m guessing she won’t take very long! She’s a determined girl who knows what she wants!
I am currently booking Seattle Fall Family Photography sessions. Please inquire for more information.
This time of year is crazy for us photographers! I’ve heard others say that April for accountants is what fall is for photographers. If you’re wanting your family photos taken in time to use on your Christmas cards, I definitely recommend scheduling your session sooner rather than later. Not only are open weekends hard to come by once our schedules start to fill up, but the rainy season has started so there’s a good chance we may need to reschedule your session. Just keep that in mind as you’re beginning to think about having family photos taken. The earlier you get them finished the less stressed you’ll be. We had our photos taken in April so I already have my cards ready to go! Usually I’m not quite so on top of things, especially around this time of year, so I thought I would share that tip for you. One less thing to worry about is a good thing in my book!
